A Fedral High court sitting in Abuja has order the federal government to relase the international passport of embattled Former National Security adviser Sambo Dasuki . The presiding judge Adeniyi Ademola in his ruling this morning said counsel to the fedral government has failed to prove why Dasuki should be denied access to his passport.
The federal government furthermore denied any application from Dasuki asking that his passport be released so he can travel abroad for medical treatment . Dasuki is facing a five-count charge bordering of illegal possession of fire arms and money laundering ..
